REGISTRATION
We encourage everyone to register online. Registration also accepted via fax/mail May 31, 2007.
Registration will be a flat fee of $650 for anyone registering on or before June 18, 2007. An additional Physician Track upgrade will be available for a fee of $350.
Attendees are responsible for handling their own travel and hotel arrangements.

Thursday Picnic in the Park
Join us outside at the Hilton Anatole for a fantastic band and a relaxing evening under the stars! This evening will feature a variety of great music, a BBQ cook-out and cold drinks to cool off with after a hot summer day.
Saturday Night Country Western Party (21 and over, only) 
Break out those Levis and cowboy hats (or comfortable casual attire), and come dressed for fun. Themed after the Wild West, this event will be full of country music, excellent Tex-Mex food, drinks and plenty of dancing!
