Roger L. (Vern) Davenport, Executive Vice President and General Manager Vern Davenport has 25 years’ experience building and transforming businesses in the healthcare IT market. He joins Misys from Eastman Kodak, where he was Chief Operating Officer of Healthcare Information Solutions. Prior to joining Kodak in 2003, Vern held a number of senior positions at Siemens Medical Solutions. He began his career with IBM, and held various sales and management positions during his 11 years there. He has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. |

Michael Raymer, Senior Vice President, Solutions Management Mike Raymer joined Misys in November 2007 to lead the Solutions Management teams with profit-and-loss responsibility over the company’s Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Connected Community products and solutions. His overall responsibilities extend to product positioning, business strategies and strategic opportunities that shape the healthcare solutions portfolio. Before joining Misys, Raymer was Vice President and General Manager of Product Strategy and New Business Initiatives for GE Healthcare Integrated IT Solutions. His association with GE began when that company acquired IDX, where Raymer was serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the IDX Carecast Operating Unit and its enterprise clinical system. Earlier career highlights include roles as Vice President of Products for Shared Healthcare Systems; General Manager / Director of the Clinical Information systems Division at Nellcor Puritan Bennett / Mallinckrodt Corporation; Vice President of Marketing at Continental Healthcare Systems; and other positions that added to his healthcare experience in product development, quality assurance, and general management. |

Faisal Mushtaq, Senior Vice President, Healthcare Development Faisal Mushtaq brings more than 18 years of development experience to his Misys role. He came to the company through a series of leadership positions with high-growth, high-technology firms – most recently as CTO of Biz360 and, prior to that, Vice President of Product Development and Support for Neoforma.
Mushtaq’s proven expertise in managing global technology and engineering teams represents the skills necessary for developing advanced healthcare IT solutions that span multiple product lines and software releases. As well, his background includes new approaches in applications development that leverage Software as a Service, Open Source, and web-based capabilities. Mushtaq earned Bachelor of Science degrees in both computer science and electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin, and a Post Graduate Diploma in business administration from the University of Karachi. |

Chris Dillon, Senior Vice President, Marketing Chris Dillon has 27 years of healthcare sales and marketing experience. He joined Misys from McKesson, where he was the VPGM of the Specialty Division. Chris was responsible for developing McKesson Speciality into the recognized leader in specialty commercialization services for manufacturers and specialty management solutions for payers. Prior to joining McKesson, he held a number of senior positions at Biogen. Chris began his career with Johnson and Johnson, and held various sales and management positions during his 16 years there. He has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Ohio State University. |

Gary D. Larson, Senior Vice President, Homecare Gary Larson has been a leader in the healthcare industry for over 18 years, with broad executive management experience in both healthcare imaging and information technologies. Prior to joining Misys, he held a number of key executive management positions with Eastman Kodak, including leading Kodak’s participation in England’s National Programme for IT Connecting for Health initiative, as well as President and CEO of Cemax-Icon, a PACS subsidiary of Imation and eventually Kodak. He has also held a number of prior management positions with Imation Medical Imaging Systems as well as 3M’s Medical Imaging Systems business. Mr. Larson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University as well as an MBA from the University of Minnesota. |

Michael Etue, Senior Vice President, Sales Michael Etue serves as Senior Vice President, Sales, for Misys Healthcare Systems. He brings more than 35 years of experience in healthcare and sales and services environments to lead the company’s sales teams in driving top line growth in the sale of practice management, EMR and transaction solutions within the ambulatory healthcare market. Prior to joining Misys in July 2007, Etue served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Eclipsys Corp., where he led customer support implementations and sales as well as key account relationships across the country and was an officer of the company. From 1982 to 2003, Etue progressed through a variety of sales executive and management roles at SMS/Siemens Medical Systems before ultimately leading all customer sales across the United States. From 1971 to 1982, Etue served in hospital administration at several Detroit, Michigan, hospitals, including Mercy Memorial Hospital, People’s Community Hospital and Detroit Osteopathic Hospital. Responsibilities included finance, credit management, budgeting, assistant controllership and other financial roles. |

Amy Amick, Senior Vice President, Services Amy Amick joined Misys Healthcare in January 2008 to lead the organization’s professional services group and its customer offerings in installation, integration, optimization, managed services, fulfillment, and other services. Most recently, she was the vice president responsible for Cerner’s relationship with a very strategic partner, managing all aspects of sales, service, support and implementation for that strategic account. During her six-year association with Cerner, Amick advanced through a series of operations and client relationship executive roles, including two assignments as a Regional Services Vice President for multi-state company territories. Earlier in her career, Amick was an executive consultant with both Arthur D. Little and Navigant consulting, advising corporate accounts on strategy, process, and operational issues. Amick holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management Studies at Northwestern University, and a bachelor’s degree in political science and leadership studies from the University of Richmond. |

Ben Clark, Senior Vice President, Customer Support Ben Clark is responsible for all support-related activities and operations at Misys Healthcare. He joined the company in 2002 as the Vice President of Engineering and has since served in several operational leadership roles. Prior to his Misys association, Ben worked more than 15 years in the technology industry serving financial institutions and manufacturing firms. His roles included leading a field service and support organization for a systems integrator, as well as building a worldwide delivery model for a software development firm. A native North Carolinian, Ben came to the Raleigh area in 1983 to attend college at NC State University, where he studied Computer Science. He received his MBA from Duke University in 2000. |

Kathy Egan, Vice President, Program Management Office Kathy Egan has 20 years experience in the Healthcare Information Systems industry, including product management and software development management roles for healthcare administrative systems, clinical systems, and integration solutions. Egan joined Misys in 1995, advancing through several management positions over the years. In her current role, she is responsible for driving project execution – via internal process excellence and performance management techniques – to create new products and services and prepare for the commercialization of those offerings. She earned her MBA from the University of New Haven in New Haven, CT, and received her B.S.B.A. from Boston College. |

Ronald L. Scarboro, Chief Financial Officer Ron Scarboro has more than 18 years of executive financial management experience in the healthcare IT market. He joined Misys from The TriZetto Group, Inc. where he was Vice President of Financial Accounting and Corporate Services. He began his career with Deloitte and Touche in 1989 and – prior to joining The TriZetto Group in 2004 – held a number of executive financial positions in healthcare IT companies including serving as the CFO for A4 Health Systems. He has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, N.C. and is a Certified Public Accountant. |

Nicoa Dunne, Senior Vice President, Human Resources Nicoa Dunne joined the company in June 2007 and serves dual roles as the head of Human Resources for Misys Healthcare Systems and leader of the HR team for all Misys shared operations in the Americas. She came to Misys from Thermo Fisher Scientific where she was Vice President of Human Resources for the Laboratory Products Group, covering 10 thousand employees in 20 countries, and earlier served as Global Human Resources Director for their Clinical Diagnostics Division. Prior to that, Dunne had an eight-year association with General Electric Power Systems. A graduate of GE’s prestigious Human Resources Leadership Program, she held a continuing progression of HR leadership positions affecting mergers and acquisitions, corporate communications and diversity, performance management, and global strategic business partnering. Dunne is Six Sigma certified, has a graduate certification in International Business Administration, and earned her master’s degree in Corporate Communications and Training and Development from Ball State University, and a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University. |

Kathryn F. Twiddy, Senior Vice President, General Counsel Kathy Twiddy came to Misys Healthcare Systems from Kilpatrick Stockton LLP in Raleigh, NC, where she was a partner in the firm's corporate technology and practice groups. In private practice, Kathy advised clients on complex corporate and technology transactions, issues at the intersection of health care and technology, IT procurement, outsourcing, privacy issues, and Internet and electronic commerce operations. She previously served as in-house counsel at IBM, where her responsibilities included general in-house representation, as well as negotiating complex software transactions and technology alliances. Kathy received her B.A., and her J.D. with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |

Matt Jenkins, Director, Business Development Matt Jenkins directs business development activities for Misys Healthcare covering mergers & acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and alliances. Before joining Misys in 2005, Matt was a founding executive of Cellective Therapeutics, a private biotech firm subsequently acquired by Medimmune. Earlier, at Intersouth Partners, he performed due diligence on early-stage IT and healthcare investments and advised the firm’s portfolio companies. Prior to working in venture capital, Matt progressed through several leadership roles focused on technology and healthcare sectors within the Strategic Consulting Practice of Ernst & Young in Washington, DC. Matt received his Bachelor of Science and MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |

Victor J. Kats, Director, Business Development Victor Kats brings more than 15 years of experience to his business development leadership role at Misys Healthcare, including an extensive background covering mergers and acquisitions, corporate and business development, and strategic transactions. Since 2003, he has guided the company in its major acquisitions, partnerships and integration activities. Prior to joining Misys, Kats was a Vice President with Lehman Brothers Holdings where he focused on communications, media and technology sectors. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. |
