Correspondence Module – Use Microsoft Word to merge data from your system into personalized forms, letters, labels and other documents.

CodeLink™ – Improves the ease and accuracy of ICD-9 and CPT-4 coding with complete code listings, specialty-specific links, and Medicare and CPT regulations.

 

Collect Past Due Payments

Use the Collection Module to monitor both in-house collection efforts and outside agencies. Place patients into internal agencies, external agencies or budget categories; then work the accounts, storing pertinent detail in collection worklists. Sort your worklist by follow-up date or agency to collect the money owed to your practice in a timely and efficient manner.

The optional Managed Care Module tracks three key components of managed care contracts – eligibility, referrals and co-payments – throughout the system. Not simply an add-on, this module has features that are fully integrated throughout Appointment Scheduler, Charge Entry, Payment Posting and Inquiry to give you access to the data you need, when you need it. Moreover, through detailed reports, it helps you determine the success or failure of the insurance plans in which you participate.
