The Misys Healthcare IT Implementation Services team is responsible for the training and installation of Misys Healthcare Systems products.  Using customized project management software, our implementation team proactively tracks all aspects of the IT system installation and training process.  With implementation staff located worldwide, we can readily respond to client needs.

The entire IT implementation team regularly interacts with other departments to facilitate the installation of our products.  We also conduct weekly in-house training sessions for our staff to maintain their technical expertise.

To ensure that your facility receives the necessary support during the installation and training process, the implementation team provides three levels of support: 

Implementation Managers:  Implementation managers oversee the entire IT system implementation process.  Their background in healthcare information systems and their understanding of business operations ensure a smooth installation cycle.

Implementation Consultants:  Our healthcare IT consultants act as project managers for the installation process and conduct the training sessions.  They also lend their expertise in the building and customization of your Misys database.

Implementation Specialists:  To assist with complex, technical issues, Misys' healthcare IT technical experts provide support in such areas as interfaces and instruments.
