• Collection processes – Design, development and implementation of insurance and patient collection processes within the Misys Tiger or Misys PM practice management systems for enhanced efficiency.
• Practice Management System consultation – An evaluation and analysis of how your staff is using your Misys practice management system. We will address front desk operations, reporting, insurance, and billing policies and procedures.
• Accounts receivable analysis – A detailed analysis of your accounts receivable (A/R) practices. We run key reports and help you learn how to use the information to identify financial trends in your practice. We also make practice management recommendations for increased productivity, improved cash flow and reduction to days in A/R.
